Purchase and Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to date of scheduled session. If payment is not confirmed your session may be cancelled. You will not receive an email reminder to pay in full. It is the buyers responsibility to calculate the time difference as the times listed on this website and all communication from Lali is listed as Hawaii Standard time zone. If you need to reschedule after payment is confirmed please contact me at least 24 hours prior to scheduled date/time and I am happy to reschedule your session based on my availability. If you choose to cancel after payment, 50% refunds are available ONLY if the cancellation request is submitted by email to [email protected] minimum of 72 hours prior to scheduled date. No refunds are available if cancellation request is sent less than 72 hours prior to scheduled date. If you miss your session time without notification due to extraordinary circumstances, the option for reschedule will be considered on a case by case basis. Keep in mind if you miss a scheduled session, my time can not be recouped.
